  mkfs and fsck for HFS and HFS+ file systems

hfsutils/bionic,now 3.2.6-14 amd64 [installed]
  Tools for reading and writing Macintosh volumes

Ability to mount hfsplus drives. Worked until upgrade

Now receive message hfsplus filesystem unknown

hfsplus is NOT listed in /proc/filesystems
