Actually we dont track bugs with dolphin per se, dolphin comes under kdebase,
changing affected package to kdebase
Could you also please install some debug packages to obtain a backtrace? There
should be a button labeled Install Debug Packages that does that.

Maybe this error is because the mirror you are using hasnt sync'd with the main
archives yet, could you please switch to another mirror and try? or update your
sources once again and try the upgrade?
