Steps to reproduce:
1) Install natty;
2) apt-get update/upgrade
3) apt-get install glance
4) dist-upgrade to oneiric
This is happening because glance db migration scripts are trying to
create tables that already exist. Postinst script fails on line 22:

I can see in the logs this error message several times:
debconf: DbDriver config: /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by another
process: Resource temporarily unavailable
This might be due to bug 349469. As a workaround, I suggest you to try this:
Using the command line, run:
fuser
From log:
Paramétrage de slapd (2.4.23-6ubuntu6) ...
Backing up /etc/ldap/slapd.d in /var/backups/slapd-2.4.21-0ubuntu5.5... done.
Moving old database directories to /var/backups:
Backup path
/var/backups/dc=exoplatform,dc=com-2.4.21-0ubuntu5.5.ldapdb exists.
Giving up...
