* sudo apt-get update (or aptitude)
*apt-cache policy libqtcore4

this is from a firefox compiled from source without any source
modifications. a *stock* firefox as you may call it. i dont see it
listing ubuntu anywhere.

and swap encryption. for root, i used an encryption that of course requires a
passphrase. for swap, i used a random key generated on boot time. the installer
