I tried hardy upgrade, and my concurrency setting in /etc/init.d/rc was
overriden without warning.
Like it happen for other manually changed configuration files, I should have
been prompted to see differences and asked which version I would

nicely integrated in the graphical boot and it was saying that pressing esc

I found a solution on Debian bug report :
running sudo dpkg-reconfigure hplip solved the problem.
It should be noted that running dpkg --pending --configure didn't solve it.
The error message in file /etc/init.d/hplip should give directly the command to
