i added 'affects me too' here as i've noticed this in 10.04
but it seems like this is fixed in 10.10 where the slider is smaller (see

i used the xorg-edgers ppa and the problem is solved.
i used the apport-collect to provide the needed files in case anyone wants to
find the cause of the bug in the original packages in lucid.
i'm staying with the xorg-edgers stuff for now :P

i'm changing the status to confirmed because although it recognises that
the password is wrong, it doesn't prompt to enter the password again
which is the desired behaviour.

I confirm it should unmount the stashes at exit.
@ David you can umount it from the commandline by typing
fusermount -u /my/stash/folder/here

Binary package hint: cryptkeeper
It would be ideal if cryptkeeper could store the password for the stashes to
the gnome-keyring.
That way a user would be able to mount a stash again by using a cached
gnome-keyring passprhase

i've attached a tar.gz with as much info i could get about the Fn buttons in my
Asus EEE 1000H.
i've tested them against 2.6.30-rc6 kernel (and rc8 too).

I used Nick PPA and it works
the checkboxes bug is fixed
switching tabs is still slow but that is something that upstream should care :)
