This can be solved (for me) by creating a shortcut for IPE (which does
not have one*) in /usr/share/applications/ and then appending it to the
list of application displayed for the Unity launcher. *is this the

The lastfm launcher icon hangs when trying to open lastfm if already open, it
flashes until the computer is restarted.
No arrow is ever displayed on either side of lastfm's launcher icon.
When the lastfm window is still open, launcher does not
Will this be included in Natty? (I don't think it made it into Maverick
- if it did, sorry about this post.)
The stable version 1.9.92 (from last August) works well, and the website
now has .DEBs for both i386 and amd64 (again, if this helps).

What seems very strange about Dell's website is the (US/EU) inconsistency of
their message.
From dell.co.ok/ubuntu. As you've discussed, it's very poor: Clicking on
shop for ubuntu laptops - doesn't link to any, the comparison webpage is
utter rubbish, and Ubuntu isn't even a selectable option
This bug appears still to be going strong five years (in Gnome) on...
