sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install librmagick-ruby1.8
sudo apt-get install librmagick-ruby
and it's ok

FINALLY
with Rammy Eid's solution i could run it.
i jst was cheated first when i tried iwlist scanning , cause it gave nothing
first , but when i tried the network manager things became ok.
