How long is this grace period? For a package that is in official
repositories i suggest we wait until we have a documented answer from
the maintainer on the status. Either there is works underway to update
package or there is not in which the owner will be notified that removal
is imminent.

After speaking with some ichthux personnel its my understanding that
there will not be resistance to the project being removed, though sad to
see it go.

Download the 11.04 iso, used unetbootin to create a bootable lubuntu
USB. Tried to boot to the usb on a Toshiba NB305-N600 netbook but when
choosing the Try lubuntu it freezes at the unetbootin menu with a

Tobias i tried the patch you linked some time ago and it worked for
about a day then it went away. The option to remember is still there but
its all blacked out and i cannot select it. Thus im back to square one.
