Se você utilizar o ln você consegue criar um atalho para o ls, porém sem
os argumentos que você deseja, ou seja, você teria que escrever dir
-lha.
Para fazer do jeito que você quer, crie um arquivo texto chamado dir
em /bin (tem que ser root) e dentro deste arquivo você coloca o
