I too tried with ZTE.
ZTE didn't even get detected, no message on dmesg.
But it did not worked.
So revert backed to Huawei model.

I didn't get much time to test but this is my initial feedback.
They claim to offer 2-3 Mbps but in reality offer 300-700Kbps.
Reliance Netconnect offers a choice of Huawei and ZTE.
