Yesterday I created a fresh mccaslin-lpia target filesystem, uninstalled
the kernel, module, and restricted modules packages, and then installed
the lpiacompat versions of the packages.
What I saw was that the initial ramdisk was not adding either the

ubuntu-kernel and them getting back into the daily builds, wouldn't it make
sense to test these changes prior to pushing them? It seems to me that we
