Moko on Hardy ?

Is there a way to setup configure.ac so that it automatically sets the USE_HILDON flag if building for LCIA? I know how to set up a configure.ac that will check for "--enable-hildon" flag, but for UME I thought I recall that if LCIA arch then always USE_HILDON. I don't know exactly how to do
