Good morning everybody!

At UDS we discussed Easier MOTUing - a spec in which we tried to address
organisational problems as we see them in the MOTU world at the moment.

The approved specification can be read at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/EasierMotuing - to sum it up briefly, here are
the changes we agreed on:

      * categorize the MOTU wiki into namespaces
      * revive the MOTU school sessions
      * add a bot to the #ubuntu-motu channel
      * we'll put some good work into a task list
      * we'll make sure we'll implement a process for "initial
        mentoring"
      * we'd like to get some small changes into REVU1 to make us
happier until REVU2 is finally there.

If you look at the spec you will notice that there are *lots* of places
where you can help out and where we need your enthusiasm to go forward.

I want to encourage each and everybody to use the mailing list as a
central medium of communication and to discuss further problems we see
or solutions as identified in the spec.

I already started to modify our wiki pages, but feel free to jump in
wherever you think it's useful.

We all know that we're quite busy with the short and hectic Edgy cycle,
but I feel that this will be the cycle where we're going to be good at
finding new followers and we'll make sure our processes reflect that.

Thanks for all your help, have a nice day,
 Daniel
