it. The changes that have been done should be reverted. I don't think MC
has unilateral authority to change the way the community works.

control team (ie. allowing them to set importance level, etc.). This would
mean that the minimum requirements for joining the group would have to be

BUT i'm also agree with the idea, is a good and motivating thing for
contributor to have such a thing, and also makes easier the work of MC
on the approvals, so it can be a requirement to be member of universe
