As most of you know, for a while I am stepping down from Ubuntu
duties, one of which is the MOTU Liaison to Launchpad. I'm pleased to
announce that Reinhard Tartler (siretart) has stepped up to fill my
place effective immediately.
Reinhard is a long time MOTU who has been instrumental in writing

After some time away, Zhengpeng Hou has again found time to return to
MOTU, continuing previous work in package maintenance, CJK support,
KDE bugfixing, and helping with the sponsor queues.
