If I understood correctly, in ubuntu you call it is "UI Toolkit" rather
than "Application Framework". Will it have all the source codes which
handles life cycle of Applications, Windowing System(Surface flinger??)..?

If you have adb and ubuntu_chroot works and the app manager is crashing,
you can do this. Developer "f69m" walked me through this
download this libc-2.15.so binary
available here: [url]http://d-h.st/eFQ[/url]
Then push it from your PC and reboot:
adb push libc-2.15.so /data/ubuntu/lib/arm-linu
Ricardo, if ubuntuappmanager is not running what can i do? Can i try to
start it by hand?
I ran in the black screen after flashing the dailybuild and the last
compiled kernel to my device... i was able to get the ubuntu_chroot but as
the chroot had no logs i did flash my andrid back...

I would like to point out that Yowsup (github.com/tgalal/yowsup), the open
whatsapp library is not officially supported by Whatsapp. I'm using it on
N9 and whatsapp break compatibility more often than not. It takes hours to
days to get fixed. Just wanted to point that out in case this
