I googled for this CPU while evaluating to buy a Windows 8 tablet and found out this CPU does not support Linux in an way. Somehow its enough x86 for the tablet version of Windows but not a true x86CPU at all. We need linux in this new Tablet Atom before we can have Ubuntu Touch on the whole Table

No, the reason is, that the version of Java is checked and when it is not 6 it won't start building. In CyanogenMod this is already fixed with the patch [1], but it hasen't been imorted to the phablet branch of ubuntu yet, so you'll have to apply it manually or wait, until someone commits it.
