Since the latest vivid-proposed image (r102), my Nexus 4 lags heavily after

On Bq 4.5 running RTM r17 I've found a bug in the camera application.
1) enable screen rotation lock
2) take a photo horizontally
3) disable screen rotation lock
4) rotate the phone in any way, the photo is rotated incorrectly, as
if it was originally taken vertically
