Hi,
I updated to OTA8.5, thanks very much to all involved.
When I connect the bq 4.5 via usb, I don't see it using lsusb,
no access to the files via filemanager either.
Developer mode is enabled. Running Ubuntu 14.04 64bit
Any ideas what I could try/do?

Aside from being installed by default (and not uninstallable) and
having a hardcoded icon to it at the top of the applications scope,

I saw that when you run a terminal on MX4, you can't hide the keyboard
and you can't scroll the terminal page.
Can it be considered a bug?

on my Meizu MX4 (OTA-8), when I receive a notification, after the ring
tone, I can hear a little sound from the speaker (like a continuous
"tic", it seems a current discharge, or something similar). It stops
when I resume the phone from the standby mode.
Has anyone ever heard this so

OTA-8.5 phased update is in progress! We're almost half way there, so
tomorrow all users should have the update on their phones. It was mostly
a bugfix release - besides one feature, the background playlist handling
in media-hub, which we included as part of one of our fixes.

Attached are a few troubleshooting tips using udev and sample udev
configuration file. This had worked for me in latest ubuntu 15.10 (with
BQ 5)
Not sure if Ubuntu 14.04 had udev support nor not though
