Turning off location detection disables access for last know position for a

osmscout and sensor status. I was not able to get fix for

As several of you will know my screen died recently and I've just had it
replaced. While I was awaiting the repair OTA9 was released and
installed. Now the new screen has been fitted I realised my screen no
longer rotates, it is stuck in portrait mode.

I originally reported bug [1] describing the issue. However after looking
at the logs, it was marked as a duplicate of bug [2]. Do we continue the
debugging in bug [1] or bug [2]? I was told to enable crash-reporting in
the system-settings app so that useful logs and crash files can be
