I have progress to report! Both ADB and MTP work somewhat better on my iMac at work (21.5-inch, Late 2013. My Macbook is Mid-2010. Both running El Capitan.) The results are quite confusing. I can consistently use Android File Transfer, it pops up automatically every time I plug in the phone

I have to agree with Peter. The blue looks like a design oversight. Upon first seeing it my first instinct was to file a bug. There are colours related to orange that could have the same "attention-getting" effect and that do not collide with the brand colours. How about a glowing orange? i.e. so

Reviving discussion... In the settings I have configured that calls and SMS-es use SIM1 by default. At the same time, when phone is connected via bluetooth and I initiate a call, then SIM2 is used. Any ideas why? Another question: When phone receives the call, SIM-card in use is being indicated.
