Libertine is already on the M10 so you probably broke something while
apt-geting and trying to install libertine while it was already there.

I found the issue. In copying and pasting to an xemacs on my
laptop I lost the [Desktop Entry] line.
Now it is showing. But not yet executing... One small step
for an icon...
