and a few of the apps - contacts, messaging and I think dialer
May provide a good pattern to copy.

This has been reported at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/telephony-service/+bug/1477838
It seems to be worse for some people and not noticeable for others

Thanks for these reports. To test a theory can you check whether you have
any media-hub crash reports in /var/crash (assuming you have reporting
enabled in privacy settings)

There is no reported issue matching your description. I would suggest
opening a bug at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/canonical-devices-system-image/+filebug
attach the file /var/log/syslog after it fails to connect and a description
of the Wifi AP setup, model, security, etc
Also has this been tried
This sounds like
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-system-settings/+bug/1399723
which was fixed some time ago.
What device are you on and where do you get the mac address? May warrant a
new bug report.

I suspect the phone is not suspending.
Please add your syslog to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/canonical-devices-system-image/+bug/1505241
and comment as to whether you had used a map or location data
Leaving Wifi and Bluetooth enabled should be fine btw.
Thanks

Probably stable, which updates every 6 weeks
rc-proposed updates daily and can have occasional regressions but always
has the latest if you need that
