We just fixed the font size issue in the terminal app properly. For anyone
who is interested in the code we used (hint: it differs from the solution
suggested here) here's the link to the merge proposal:

All font related changes are probably due to this bug fix in OTA-9

Its in the store for some time so you probably already have it, v140
I am not sure why the OTA 9 update triggered the larger font as this was a
result of something in the OTA 8 timeframe.
Check your settings for font size in the terminal app.
