Thanks for getting in touch. Meizu support reopened the ticket and
requested the device was returned to them for inspection.
I shipped the device to the repair centre last week. It should arrive today.

them this, and they repaired my broken SIM slot for around $100.
Ask them how much it would cost to fix the phone out of warranty. It might
