The train code has no awareness of archive freezes, so it's up to you to
just know not to try to land things in utopic unless they are critical
fixes.

occurring for things seeded on images? Or will it just act like there is

The train is currently still on hold for a while. We are waiting for a
fix to get mako and flo devices unblocked in the ubuntu-rtm distribution
- once this is in, expect a promotion for all platforms in the
ubuntu-rtm/14.09 channel.
