A note to all testers: I am doing a quick re-spin of the .4 images as
I missed a bzr pull step at one place (thanks infinity, jibel) and the
resulting image version number was wrong. The image contents
themselves have not changed so no re-testing is needed - so please
carry over test results from the previous RC where needed.
