After upgrade to Wily/Qtcreator 3.5 with standard upgrade, I am not able
to run applications on the Desktop and Phone. It builds correctly but is
unable to find the executable when trying to run it. Attached screenshot
showing the dialog which asks for the custom executable

Using Qtcreator 3.5 in Wily, I cannot find the Ubuntu SDK docs under
Contents in the Help tab. As a result, it is not possible to see all the
Ubuntu SDK compnents in one area to look at. It only appears under
Index.

It seems that Install application on device menu item is broken on
wily. It doesn't visibly do anything. I didn't see any console outputs
nor notice the application being installed on the device.
