I've noticed this in Silo Installer app but it affects other apps too.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an app which has PageHeader with Sections
2. Notice the active section has no underline (screenshot attached)
3. Tap on that section, you will see focus

I do use SoundEffect and nowadays it seems to work fine. Not sure which OTA
fixed the issue. Only problem I noticed and others who use the app, is the
change in the sound volume after several clicks. But I believe there's another
bug for that.
So this bug seems to be fixed for me. Sorry I

I just noticed that head.sections are aligned to the left when using
Ubuntu.Components 1.3. In my opinion it looks unbalanced and "wrong".
In the previous version of the framework(1.2) they were centered.
