I and Alan Pope have noticed that saving alarms on the Nexus 4 (or
perhaps other devices) is not reliable. It so happens that when you save
an alarm, it does not appear as saved unless you wait for 20 minutes or
more. Sometimes it only appears after you restart the phone.

New projects templates (irrespective of the project type) default to the
"ubuntu-core-15.04" framework in the manifest.json which is not valid or
recognized by the ubuntu touch vivid images. On trying to run such a
project on the phone results in the following error message,
The clock app fetches the alarms using the Alarms API provided by the
SDK and merely displays it. The ordering is done by the API. Thereby I
think ubuntu-ui-toolkit is the cause of this bug.
