documentation as part of package creation. However, the resulting files
are missing the actual API methods they intend to document.

The tests contained and setup by the sdk templates don't reflect best
practice and in some cases outright don't work.
The qml templates should contain:
a functioning autopilot test suite that imports the uitk helpers and is
setup with best practices.

work properly in all instances. Setting initctl home and home prevents
upstart app launch from working for instance.
