I had to install cmake manually after my fresh Ubuntu SDK install told
me it could not find cmake. In my opinion, it should automatically be
installed with the Ubuntu SDK as many apps and a lot of the templates
depend on it.

Well, that's not exactly what I was looking for.
After using the SDK for more than a year now, I do know how to install my app
on my device.
However, I remember that about half a year ago I was able to press Ctrl
+ F12 (or was it Shift + F12 ?) to install a project on my device
without digging

I'm facing this in my Forum Browser app as well. Besides the ability to
center components in the Page, this also makes bottom edge
implementations rather difficult sometimes since you don't want content
which is revealed while swiping to appear behind the header. I'd really
appreciate a fix.

How to reproduce:
Create a Go Qml project in the Ubuntu SDK. There is no way to set up a go-qml
kit for armhf.
