I need to check a CPU on an Ubuntu 10.04 machine for hardware problems, and I'd
like to try cpuburn. Would I used burnK7 for that? If I understand correctly,
burnMMX tests cache/memory interfaces, but not the CPU more generally.
Thanks for any suggestions.

I have a 10.04 server which is running the 2.6.32.33.39 version of the
linux-server package. This seems to be the highest candidate for my release:
