I've been receiving "BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 11s! [kacpi_notify:45]" regularly since I upgrade to 8.04 and its degrading my server's performance considerably. In case anyone is unaware of what happens when there is a soft lockup, I am unable to run any commands via SSH or tty1. It'll ca
