I think you changed the directory name and that caused the bug to
appear. But it is definitely a grave bug in logrotate that it mis-parses
the config file and clobbers random files if the log directory does not

Murray's comments is exactly what I was expecting to happen, and what I
warned of in the bug i filled [442498].
As I mentioned, not everyone who wishes to use openldap is a system
administrator who wishes to setup a production ldap environment.
Many are people who need to use an ldap server, and

familiar with the contents of initrd versus initramfs, so I don't

Since this works on other platforms such as imx51, I suspect it's a qemu
bug; I've sent a patch to the ubuntu kernel-team list to set
CONFIG_CRAMFS=y and bump the default ramdisk size to 64 MB as on the
other platforms as a workaround for now.

What I was trying to say was that as postfix depends on lsb-base, my parents
will be getting this prompt when they run an update. It's not a user friendly
question, so inexperienced user will do one of 2 things:
1: Get scared and decide the safest thing is to click Cancel
2: Just keep clicking Ne

I'm kind of hesitant accept that branch before this seems to be working.
I'm not clued enough to really blame grub2 rather than this integration
code. If you can justify that it indeed is grub2, please do so (and open
a bug against it).
