Since this failed SRU and interested parties have not commented on this
bug for several weeks, is there still an intent to SRU this for lucid?
If not, please adjust to Won't Fix. Thanks!

I'm still having this problem in 10.10. The AuthInfoRequired none fix
seems to solve my problems. However, the cups print setup should be
putting that line in automatically if the authentication is provided in
setup.

This is still a problem on lucid. The ipmi_devintf and ipmi_si kernel
modules don't load automatically and /dev/ipmi0 isn't created, so
ipmitool won't work.

executed-squid (daemonises to create:
supervisor (listens)
worker
worker
worker
-N will simply mean that the executed process is the supervisor rather
than a daemoniser. Details may vary but I know of no reason that that
wouldn't be doable, easily,
I downloaded a CentOS RPM for openipmi and extracted the file
/etc/sysconfig/ipmi
I copied this file to
/etc/default/openipmi
as Kipp suggested and made the following edits to
/etc/init.d/openipmi

Same problem with Hardy and php 5.2, libapache2-mod-php5
5.2.4-2ubuntu5.13. Problem started just now after security upgrade.
Affected all my sites. Had to remove trailing slash to get it working
again, even if that will include more directories potentially. BIG
problem.
