This is just tested with bzr 1604 of nova and still neccessary to patch.
So "incomplete" seems to be wrong for me.
I am not running ubuntu, I am testing on SLES. For distribution
compatibility this fix should be included, I think. Maybe someone using
RHEL or another distribution can have a look.
