I added a post script to pull in etckeeper, since the update to
orchestra removed the recommends on it. I then noticed that there is no
updated package of bzr or etckeeper in oneiric-proposed.
Infact, I don't see any content at all in oneiric-proposed's Packages.gz

$ ssh $host "sudo service rabbitmq-server start"
Ie, no 'tee' is necessary.
This, however, does not exhibit the hang:
$ sudo service rabbitmq-server start >out 2>&1"
This patch seems to fix it for me:

Add 'manage_rsync: 1' in /etc/cobbler/settings. After you do that it
will automatically manage it for you. It won't restart it but it will
create the config.

I'm using a Natty host and an Oneiric guest (both fully up to date) to
do some KVM testing. Hot plugging a CPU like this :
virsh setvcpus oneiric --count 2 --live
generates the following messages in /var/log/libvirt/qemu/oneiric.log :
kvm: /build/buildd/qemu-kvm-0.14.0+noro
Ok. It appears that this bug is still a problem for other people,
however; bug #876843 is duped to this one and mentions that it still
happens with lightdm 1.0.1-0ubuntu6, and the patch I've attached to this
bug seems to fix a real issue.

Jython is an optional build dependency of both so it would be possible
to drop this feature in both packages.
I highly doubt that anyone is actually using jython with these libraries
but I might be wrong.

libjna-posix-java has been renamed libjnr-posix-java; this is inline
with upstream changes. However build is now maven based so pulls in a
load of extra dependencies. The package ships both ant and maven build
files so it may be possible to switch back.
