Hi Serge,
I reported this bug because the behavior confuses Puppet. Puppet will
continually try to start the service because it sees that snmtrapd is
not running. I do not consider this a bug in puppet but rather in the
init script.

I do not know if this is a bug. The upgrade manager for Ubuntu 11.10
could not install Samba and said I should file a bug report. However, I
am not familiar enough with the system to understand what went wrong,

suhosin patch, yet you force it into your php5 build.
To my mind there should be just plain raw php5, and if user wishes so,

I installed Ubuntu 10.04 on my notebook HP NC6000 (intel Centrino1.8
GHz, RAM 4 GB) . after installation, I issued update from cmd :
