So the network is taking a really long time to come up using DHCP. I found that
the
entry in /etc/network/interfaces had the iface eth0 inet dhcp entry commented
out
as shown below. If I un-comment the "iface etho inet dhcp" entry things work,
the
network comes up fast and ypbind starts. It appe

During boot squid3 is started successfully by upstart and then killed by
/etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/squid3 but not restarted.
Can be fixed by changing /etc/resolvconf/update-libc.d/squid3 to:

I (mostly) figured out how to do-release-upgrade using proposed repo
with some help from the Ubuntu-HA group.
However I believe proposed is missing the second fix needed - the no
change rebuild of openldap?

This package needs some serious testing, from what I see dbconfig-common
is broken. Not only is dbconfig-common configuration skipped on initial
installation, dpkg-reconfigure doesn't even work.
