Probably everyone who had the unfortunate idea to upgrade to ubuntu
13.04 in the recent days can't use vsftpd anymore.
First I get the error "ubuntu vsftpd: PAM unable to dlopen(pam_smbpass.so)"
and then "ubuntu vsftpd: PAM audit_log_acct_message() failed: Operation not
