I finally found a fix for this bug/problem! It is in fact a bug, but I
don't know wether it is a Windows bug or a Qemu/VNC-bug. After
connecting a massive storage device to the Windows 8.1 guest, the mouse
stops working because it goes into a sleep-state.
This bug can be fixed by going to WIN + X,
I can confirm that this bug/problem does not seem to exist in Windows 7
SP1 x64! I could use this version of Windows w/ my external hard drives,
but it's strange that this exact same set-up does not work on Windows 8
(causing the vnc mouse to freeze). This could and should be a Windows 8
driver pro

On 14.04, Netowrk-Manager is fine. The problem is at dnsmasq receiving ipv6
nameservers from dbus.
