bridge_ageing 0
for the bridge in /etc/network/interfaces, making it a hub forwarding all
packets to all hosts.

Note that the 'Operation not permitted' error in the original
demonstration is desired behaviour- when this does /not/ happen the
seccomp filter is not working as intended. It's not clear to me what
problem you're see'ing but it /could/ be an affect of the seccomp filter
in mpm-itk (governed by
severity critical, because it breaks builds build-depending on haproxy.

I used crm node standby and the resource(haproxy) was stopped successfully.
But lrmd still monitors it and causes Failed
excluded haproxy in the seeds, and demoted.

Yes, this fix now breaks our setup. Our users have access to an
external network but to give them admin would be a huge policy
violation. This really should have been changed to use the policy.json
to limit access or open it up.

There has been a report in rsync[0] about this issue since 2005, some
patches has been developed detect-renamed[1] and detect-renamed-lax[2]
to target the issue, I think it would be great if Ubuntu could patch
itself rsync to provide such feature.

Thanks for submitting this bug. The problem is due to /run/shm not
existing in the cloud images.
The ubuntu-cloud image fixes the /dev/shm by doing:
