It's impossible to install, upgrade, or even remove mysql 5.6 from my
system. At this point, also blocking other package removals.
apt-get install -f won't repair this broken package either.

There is a potential workaround for this issue. Try the following
steps:
sudo apt-get remove nginx
sudo apt-get install nginx-common nginx-full
If it still fails attach the terminal and command output to the bug.
