The libsys-virt-perl package currently in Wily proposed [1] fails to
build from source [2]. It fails because it depends on libvirt-daemon,
and this package is not available in Ubuntu.
The libvirt source package is packaged directly in Ubuntu [3], but the
version available in
@mauricfo
Sorry for the late response. 31 paths are expected on mine and it takes
ages to boot.

worked for me on 14.04. The other workaround of: start on (filesystem
and net-device-up IFACE!=lo) did not help at all.
