The pm-utils sleep hook installed at /usr/lib/pm-
utils/sleep.d/00powersave was supposed to have been patched to prevent
it running on ARM architectures. However a new case was added without

The issue is that this package did not get installed by default in a
dedicated cinder node of Liberty and I had to manually install it.
Running 'yum install openstack-cinder python-cinderclient' did not
install 'python-oslo-policy'. It was installed manually since it gave
the earlier mentioned erro
Quick bump - any news on this? Cloud-init is rendered useless due to
this bug.
