The idea however is that I haven't uploaded it because it is so annoying
to test these patches from a PPA, I uploaded the changes for xenial to
the archive for further testing since it looked like it worked
sufficiently to not break too many use cases.

I have the same problem on Lenovo S435 and ubuntu-mate 15.10 on
4.2.0-30-generic x86_64 dual boot with Windows 8.1.
But this problem started only after bios update from BBCN16WW(V1.03) to
BBCN16WW(V1.07). With the previous bios V1.03 this never happened, even with
the same kernel.

which prevents VMs from start.
changing permissions with chgrp kvm /dev/kvm enables VMs to start.
Expected behavior:
/dev/kvm should have following permissions after reboot:

Marking both lxd and juju as won't fix on account that both of them will
cease to use lxc this cycle so it's not worth the update.
LXD will only depend on liblxc1 as soon as we've moved away from lxcbr0

Thanks Chris for the updates - FYI we've upgraded all of our compute nodes
1:2014.1.5-0ubuntu3 from proposed, no (extra)issues so far after some hours,
FYI this stack has ~30 nodes, ~1k+ active instances.

Regarding the State in Debian:
I filed an ITP offering joint effort work on it.
If someone in Debian cares about dpdk we would keep it "compatible" together,
if not we have no collision.

the standard library’s subprocess, but Python 3.5 removed
