Is the current situation good enough? In the procps package, the default
is still "2". Image deployments change that as Scott described in
comment #23 (but that was 3y ago, might have changed). I don't know how
server installs using the text mode installer behave, it's been a while

The mysql-5.5 trusty task is still open. Lars, can you pick that one up

According to the attached logs, you seem to have a syntax error in your
squid configuration file:
Dec 04 12:56:01 anonymus squid[4378]: * FATAL: Invalid ACL type 'acc1'
Dec 04 12:56:01 anonymus squid[4378]: FATAL: Bungled /etc/squid/squid.conf line
1183:
Since this is a local configuration file issue, and not a defect in the
software, I'll mark this bug as "invalid". If you have reason to
disagree, then please add a comment explaining why that is the case.
Thanks!

Where exactly do you see these error messages about the filesystem being
read only?
I installed both packages, configured a realm, added a principal, and I
can kinit just fine, and I see the requests in the system logs:
/var/log/auth.log:Dec 6 12:25:02
Your output is missing some data, it's not showing the info for samba-
ad-dc. Please run this:
sudo systemctl status samba-ad-dc.service
