[Bug 1370049] [NEW] mongodb build disables scripting instead of using libmozjs

Public bug reported: I'm unsure why disabling scripting was chosen in favor of using SpiderMonkey (usesm). I can understand that maybe some architectures have no java scripting engine, but the patch (0001-Add-option-to- disable-javascript.patch) removes the option to use SpiderMonkey altogether.

[Bug 1326851] [NEW] apparmor recipe doesn't allow access to /proc/device-tree/ on ppc, so fails to work
